New Delhi: South Korean company Kia India is one of the fastest growing car makers in the country. The company has announced that it has registered sales of 14,441 units in September 2021.
The company’s most popular SUV Kia Seltos sold 9,583 units in September and was the best selling SUV. The sale of Kia Sonet and Kia Carnival of the rest of the company was also good. Kia claims that the Seltos is the best selling SUV of the month. The company has sold 4,454 units of Sonet and 404 units of Carnival to dealers last month. Kia India says that it has been 25 months since it entered the Indian market and so far it has sold over 3.3 lakh vehicles in the country.
Recently, Kia Sonet has also crossed the one lakh sales mark in India. Earlier this month, the company also updated the Kia Carnival Premium MPV and it is now available in four trim levels Premium (Premium), Prestige, Limousine and Limousine+.
