Auto desk: That China produces  cheap products is known to all. Whenever there come useful items, China tops in the list. And this is one of the most important reasons why the Chinese products excel across the globe.

In the recent years, the car lovers have inclined towards electric vehicles, thanks to the sharp increase in the petrol and diesel rates. In such a fuel-aversion environment, Wuling Hongguang has come up with great bonanza for the car-craze people of the world. This time, the company has an electric car in offer with all the latest features available at cheaper than Alto. It may sound surprising, but it is true.

Sales record broken in the very first year

The popularity of Hongguang’s mini electric car can be well understood from a single fact that just in the last year, i.e. in 2021, Hongguang sold a whopping 119,255 units of mini electric cars. This car thus got the  title of the second best selling electric vehicle.

Cheapest electric car of the world

Wuling Hongguang, the premier Chinese car maker, is launching a new electric car. It is named as Nano EV. If the media reports are to be believed, this car is slated to become the cheapest electric car of the world.

Price may be Rs 2.30 lakh

Though it might sound too early, but if we lay credence to the reports of CarNewsChina, Nano EV may be available at a price as low as 2.30 lakh Indian Rupees. This price is even lower that the price of Maruti Suzuki Alto Car.

Parking this Car is not a Problem

It was in the year 2021, when the company  Wuling Hongguang launched this car at an Auto Show held at Tianjin. This two-seater car has the turning radius of around 4 meters, length 2497 mm, width 1526 mm and height 1616 mm. Simply put, it will be smaller than the size of that of Tata Nano. It has a wheelbase of 1600 mm.

305Km will run on a single full charge

The Nano EV car can run with the maximum speed of 100 kmph. If you have fully charge car, you can travel 305 km. It is powered by an IP67-Certified 28 kWh lithium-ion battery.

As per the company sources, this electric car has the regular 220-volt socket which takes 13.5 hours to full charge.

In addition to these, it can also be charged in just 4.5 hours through a 6.6 kW AC Charger. The other features of this car include a reversing camera, tire pressure monitoring system, AC Keyless entry system, LED Headlights and a digital screen of 7 inch.
