MP: From today to August 12, freight transport service will be stopped, know the reason

During the strike, 30 thousand transport vehicles passing every day in the state from other states will also not be given entry. Also, diesel-petrol tankers will also not be allowed to run in the state. In such a situation, petrol and diesel can also be scarce in the state.

Transporters of 6 lakh trucks and other commercial goods transport vehicles of the state will be on strike from August 10 to 12, with the demands of recovery from the posts of the Transport Department in Madhya Pradesh and the highest VAT on diesel. This decision has been taken on the call of the Indore Truck Operator and Transport Association.

Transport Association is going on strike regarding these demands

1-Increased additional charge on diesel petrol should be reduced.

2 – Road tax, goods tax should not be waived for vehicles which did not run in lockdown.

3-Illegal extortion at the transport posts should be stopped.

4- Driver brothers working among Corona in the state should be considered as Corona warriors. Also, they should be given insurance protection from the government.
