Online courses will start in 100 universities from May 30, studies on TV

Now students will study through TV during Corona virus, the government has given permission to 100 universities for online courses. Separate programs are being made for differently-abled students.

In view of the Corona epidemic, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced an economic package of Rs 20 lakh crore on 12 May, about which Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman held a press conference. The Finance Minister told how children will be able to study from home amid lockdown and what is the government’s arrangement regarding this.

He announced that during the lockdown there was no reduction in the level of education, so the government has allowed online courses in 100 universities. Online courses through radio and television will be started for students who do not have internet facility during lockdown.

Nirmala Sitharaman said, Swayam Prabha DTH channels will be launched to reach educational programs to the students in our country. These channels will greatly help the students living in rural areas.

Let us tell you, during the lockdown, the government has allowed the top 100 universities in the country to start online courses from May 30, 2020. Separate programs are being made for differently-abled students. There will be separate TV channels for each class. 12 new channels will be opened.

Using technology in the education sector, the Ministry of Human Resources has decided to take education to villages through Prabha Channel itself. Three channels have been identified. The focus is also on providing education through live telecast.

Apart from this, states have been requested to provide 4 hours of education content, which will be made available on Prabha channels themselves. One channel will be for one class, there will be separate channel for each class. There will be different channels for classes from first to twelfth.
