On this occasion, Paytm Payment Bank CEO and MD Satish Kumar Gupta said that with the help of technology, the bank will always take care of the convenience of its customers. We are currently developing our infrastructure on the backend so that the project can be done to 15 thousand video KYC.

Gupta said that in order to promote digital banking in the Corona era, we started Cash at Home service. This service was started for those people, who cannot go to ATM or bank due to illness or increasing age.
To use Cash at Home service, senior citizens should have a savings account of Paytm Payment Bank. By going to the bank’s app, they have to enter as much money as they want. After this your application has to be submitted. After this, the executive of the bank will deliver the cash to their registered address within two days. Senior citizens can get at least one thousand rupees and maximum five thousand rupees from this service.
Government will get 400 schemes subsidy
The bank has also recently started direct bank transfer service, in which subsidies of 400 schemes issued like the government can be directly transferred to customers’ bank accounts.
