Mi 10 Youth Edition Design and Specification Leak, also Listed on Geekbench
The Mi 10 Youth Edition listing also details three variants of the Smartphone, which will come in 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage, 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage.
The company is going to launch Mi 10 Youth Edition aka Mi 10 Lite in China on 27 April. It is also expected that the Smartphone will work on the latest version of the company’s custom skin MIUI UI. The last few leaks have made it clear that this device will come with 5G connectivity support in China. Xiaomi recently launched the Mi 10 Lite in European markets, but the upcoming Mi 10 Youth Edition for the Chinese market will be the brother of the same phone, but it will come with some changed features. The Smartphone was recently spotted on the Chinese certification website TENAA, which has revealed the specification of the device before its launch.
The M10 Youth Edition listing on TEMAA states that the device will come with the M2002J9E model number and this listing also includes some photos of the device, which show the design of the upcoming Xiaomi smartphone. The listing suggests that the Mi 10 Youth Edition will feature a 6.57-inch AMOLED display and in-display fingerprint scanner. The photos reveal that there will be a quad camera setup in the back of the phone. The primary back camera on the Mi 10 Youth Edition will be a 48-megapixel sensor, capable of recording 4K video.
Information about the processor of Mi 10 Youth Edition is not available, but the listing suggests that the maximum clock speed of this processor will be 2.4GHz. The listing also provides information about three variants of the smartphone, which will come in 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage, 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. The smartphone will come with a 4060 mAh capacity battery and 164.06 x 72.77 x 7.98 millimeter dimensions.
The Mi 10 Youth Edition launched in China will be slightly different from the Mi 10 Lite launched in the European market. The camera set up of Youth Edition will support 50x zoom and for this the company has already given information about the inclusion of periscope setup. The camera set up of the phone will be AI based.
A Smartphone with the same model number was also recently spotted on Geekbench. Here the phone got a score of 611 in single-core test and 1917 in multi-core test. The device which was benchmarked had a base clock speed of 1.8 GHz and was listed with 8 GB of RAM. Apart from this, it was also revealed from the Geekbench listing of the phone that the phone will work on Android 10.
