Both the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra 5G and ZTE Axon 30 Pro 5G smart phones have been launched in China. Both of these phones have Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 888 SoC processor. The phone’s camera setup has a 64-megapixel sensor. The only difference between these two phones is that its Pro variant has been kept slightly less in the camera, battery and fast charging support. Both phones, however, have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display. The Ultra variant has a refresh rate of 144Hz while the Pro variant has 120Hz.

 ZTE Axon 30 Ultra 5G has been launched in three storage configurations. Its 8GB + 256GB storage variant is priced at CNY 4,698 (about Rs 53,700). At the same time, the 12GB + 256GB storage variant comes in CNY 4,998 (about Rs 57,100). The top one is the 16GB + 1TB variant, which is priced at CNY 6,666 (approx. 76,200 Indian Rupees) in China. It has been launched in black, mint, white and a leather variant. Pre-orders for the smartphone can be made from April 19. It will also be sold in the US and Canada. But no date has been given for him yet.

ZTE Axon 30 Pro 5G has also been launched in three storage configurations. Its lowest version is 6GB + 128GB storage which is priced at CNY 2,998 (about Rs. 34,000). The 8GB + 128GB storage variant is priced at CNY 3,298 (about Rs 37,500). At the same time, its top model is available with 8GB + 256GB storage at a price of CNY 3,598 (about 41,000 rupees). This handset can be pre-ordered from April 19 in black and white options.

ZTE Axon 30 Ultra 5G runs on MyOS 11 which is based on Android 11. It has a 6.67 inch Full HD Plus (1080×2400 pixels) AMOLED curved display with an aspect ratio of 20: 9. The display has an adaptive blue light filter. It has a refresh rate of 144Hz, which automatically adjusts to different applications at 120HZ, 90Hz and 60Hz. It has a touch sampling rate of 300 Hz which supports HDR10 +. Protection of Gorilla Glass 5 has also been given to the screen. Inside, this smartphone is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. Along with this there is 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB of UFS 3.1 storage.

In optics, the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra 5G has a quad rear camera setup with three 64-megapixel sensors. Its main 64 megapixel sensor is paired with f / 1.9 lens. The second sensor is paired with f / 1.6 lens and the third sensor is f / 2.2 ultra wide angle lens which gives a 120 degree field of view. The fourth camera has an 8 megapixel sensor with a periscope lens. This lens offers optical image stabilization (OIS), 5x optical zoom and 60x hybrid zoom. The front has a 16 megapixel camera for selfie and video call. The front camera is fitted in the cut-out of its hole punch which is 2.6mm diameter.

The ZTE Axon 30 Ultra 5G has a 4,600mAh battery and 66W Qualcomm QuickCharge 4.0+ fast charging support. It does not have wireless charging. Talking about the connectivity option, the phone also has 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, USB Type-C port and NFC. The phone measures 161.53×72.96x8mm and weighs 188 grams.

The ZTE Axon 30 Pro 5G is also similar to its ultra variants. The difference is given in some of its specifications. It also runs on MyOS 11.
