According to sources, such policemen who are not fit and physically fit for their work can be compulsorily retired. It is being told that after receiving the list from all the districts, the police department will have a review meeting in this regard on the 9th of every month.

The Police Association in Bihar has strongly opposed the order issued by the Police Department. Bihar Police Association President Mrityunjay Kumar Singh has said that if the Police Department does not withdraw this order, there will be agitation on behalf of policemen in the entire state in the coming days.

He said that this is the biggest Tughlaq decree in the history of Bihar Police. If the police department does not withdraw this decision then the policemen will agitate.
