China has a strict accountable system for local authorities. At the beginning of this epidemic, the ruling party CPC kept public health and life safety at bay.

With the phased restoration of economic activity and social life, the government is keeping a close watch on the precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic.

At present, the second wave of corona epidemic is at the peak in many countries including India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Germany, Argentina, Mongolia. Indian Health Ministry informed on the morning of April 19 that in the last 24 hours, 2,73,810 new cases of corona were registered across the country, which for the third consecutive day, the number of new cases daily exceeded 25 lakhs. On Sunday, the new death toll from the Corona epidemic in Bangladesh was 102, the highest ever. But the situation of control of corona in the world’s largest population, China, is very good, which is leading all over the world. The Chinese Health Ministry informed on Monday morning that now only 315 active cases remain in the mainland, of which 241 cases have come from outside. According to local analysts, there are four main reasons behind China’s success.

primary reason-

After the decisive success of the Corona fight last April under the strong leadership of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC), various levels of Chinese governments have left no stone unturned in the general prevention and control of the corona and have established a complete working mechanism. With the phased restoration of economic activity and social life, the government keeps a close watch on the precautionary measures of epidemic prevention such as cold chain traffic, shop, medical services, etc. Corona checks are regularly conducted for those employed in sensitive businesses and Body temperature checks and QR codes are confirmed in public places and it is mandatory to wear masks. It is noteworthy that China implements a closed-range management system against people coming from outside the mainland and adopting strict quarantine steps, which has reduced the Kovid-19 threat from outside China to a low level.

Second reason-

In China, a rapid response mechanism is applied to the epidemic that has emerged in some places and every effort is made to limit the epidemic to the smallest scope. On 8 April last year, the lockdan was lifted in Wuhan city of China, symbolizing that China has won a strategic victory in the battle with Corona. After this, the corona epidemic spread in some places in China, such as the Xinhai wholesale market in Beijing, the city of Shichyachuang in Heipi province, and the Ruili region of South China, etc. But China quickly overcame them. During this time, these experiences of China proved very effective in dealing with the epidemic, such as early detection of people coming in contact with a Kovid infected person, placing them in isolation, locking down in related areas, conducting large-scale corona tests, etc.

Third reason-

China has a strict accountable system for local authorities. At the beginning of this epidemic, the ruling party CPC kept public health and life safety at bay. Officials who were negligent and incompetent in the settlement of the epidemic were immediately removed from the post and punished according to the rules. For example, the local CPC committee secretary Kong Yunjun was removed from his post after an epidemic arose in the Ruili region this March.

Fourth reason-

The Chinese people are more active and obedient in following the relevant guidelines of the government. Before coming to Vasant Tahore, China’s most important festival this February, the Chinese government appealed to the people to celebrate the festival at the work place and not return to the hometown. Finally, during the spring festival, the number of passengers decreased by 70.9 percent to 40.8 percent in comparison to the year 2019 and the year 2020. Cooperation of common people is very important in breaking the chain of viruses and controlling the epidemic.
