All schools will be closed in Delhi till 30 September. The Delhi government has issued an order in this regard, saying that ‘students should not be called to school for any kind of activity till 20 September’. However, online studies will continue as before.

The Delhi government has also said that from September 21, if a student wants to go to school to get advice from his teachers, he can go with the written consent of parents or guardian. It will be voluntary. However, this exemption is only for homes and schools outside the Containment Zone.

In schools (schools outside the Containment Zone) 50% of their teaching and non-teaching staff will be called for online studies / etc from September 21 onwards. The Union Health Ministry will issue a standard operating procedure for schools / students and teachers etc. which will have to be followed.

A circular in this regard has been issued by the Delhi government on Friday.

Let us know, according to the guidelines issued for unlock-4 by the Ministry of Home Affairs, no student can be allowed to come to school till 20 September. However, students from class 9th to 12th can go to school for any work. From September 21, these students can go to school with written permission from their parents. Online classes and other activities will continue as before.
