Hero Maestro Edge 110 details leaked before launch, know features and price, it will compete
Hero is preparing to launch Hero Maestro Edge 110 with BS6 compliant engine. Its price can be five to seven thousand rupees more than the BS4 model.
Hero MotoCorp, the country’s largest two-wheeler company, is going to launch its BS6 compliant engine soon Hero Maestro Edge 110 in India. There is some information related to this before the launch. The company is bringing it to the market with a sporty look. Hero has also started test riding registration for this scooter.
Hero Maestro Edge 110 will be available in six color options. Apart from this, the 110cc single cylinder engine has been given in the scooter with new graphics. It will be a sporty scooter.
This will be the design
This scooter of Hero will be equipped with indicator mounted front apron, Always on halogen headlight, flat type seat and alloy wheels. It will be provided with features like digital analog instrument panel, USB charging port, external fuel filler cap, site stand indicator and service reminder facility. This scooter of Hero has a five liter fuel tank. Its weight is 112 kg.
The engine
The Hero Maestro Edge 110 has a 110cc single cylinder, air cooled, fuel injected engine that generates 8hp maximum power and 7,500rpm and torque of 8.75Nm. This scooter comes with Xsence technology, which offers better acceleration and fuel efficiency.
cost
The prices of this Hero scooter have not been announced officially yet, but it is believed that its price may be Rs 5,000 to Rs 7000 more than the current model. The current BS4 model is priced at Rs 49,900.
Compared to Honda Activa 6G
The Hero Maestro Edge 110 will compete directly with the Honda Activa 6G. The Activa 6G replaced the BS6 compliant 109cc engine, replacing the carburetor with a fuel injection system, which helps increase mileage as the engine gets the fuel it needs. This engine generates power of 7.68 bhp and torque of 8.79 Nm. The company has medicated that it will give 10 percent more mileage than the old model.
Talking about the price, the Activa 6G X-show room price starts at Rs 63,912. This scooter will be available in two variants (Standard and Deluxe). Talking about the features, this new scooter has features like semi-digital instrument console, multi-function key with remote hatch opening. Apart from this, a new silent-start ACG motor has been given in it.
