CM Gehlot will start this scheme on August 20 at the state level.

In view of the poor, laborers and migrant laborers who are suffering from economic crisis in the Corona period, the Gehlot government is bringing Indira Rasoi scheme. For the purpose of ‘no starvation sleep’, 20 places in the Jaipur Municipal Corporation area and one Indira kitchen each in the municipality area will start.

CM Gehlot will start this scheme on August 20 at the state level. Preparations have also started in Jaipur. Collector Antar Singh Nehra said that under the scheme, food of 300-300 people will be made daily in Indira Rasoi. The plate will be of 20 rupees. In this, people will be provided with 8 rupees token money.

A grant of Rs 12 in food will be given by the government, i.e. any needy can eat food by giving 8 rupees. Nehra said that there should not be disturbances in it, so real-time online monitoring has been arranged with the kitchen mobile app and CCTV camera. Information will come from the SMS on the mobile when the person coming to take the coupon. A photo of the person concerned will also be taken, which will be automatically uploaded on the state portal. Certification of beneficiary number will be done at the state data center. The institution’s CA audit will be mandatory. Also the annual audit will be done by the local fund audit department.

The menu of food will be decided by the District Committee on what will be made in the meal on which day? A menu of 100 grams of lentils, 100 grams of vegetables, 250 grams of chapatti and pickles has been set in the food. There will be freedom to choose the menu and food according to local needs. Nehra said that ten Indira kitchens will be started in Jaipur Municipal Corporation Heritage and ten in Greater. In addition, one kitchen each will be started in the municipal area. The Collector directed the officials to complete the work related to Indira Rasoi by 18 August. A district level committee is formed under the chairmanship of the collector for monitoring.
