Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has made changes in its rules on Friday. According to the new rule, now every Saturday for LIC will be considered as Public Holiday. That is, all the branches of LIC will be closed on this day and no work of any kind will be possible. In such a situation, you will have to do all the work between Monday and Friday.

Changes under this act

The central government has made this change under section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act 1881. More than one lakh employees of LIC will benefit from this change.
