So far, no information has been revealed about the design and interior of the new Alto, but it is expected that the new Alto will look completely new. It may have a new design grill. Updated bumpers and revised headlamps can be given. A touchscreen infotainment system can also be given in the Alto top variant. According to media reports, the engine of New Generation Alto can also be changed. The current Alto comes with a 796 cc 3 cylinder engine equipped with Alto BS-6 Norms, which generates 47.33 horsepower at 6000 rpm and 69 newton meters of torque at 3500 rpm. Its initial price is Rs 2,94,800.

Last 20 years of travel, such an opportunity came in the year 2014, when Alto became the best-selling small car in the world. In 2014, a total of 2,64,544 Maruti Alto were sold. Germany’s Volkswagen Golf was sold at 2,55,044 units.
