All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) has joined hands with a company named Nisarga Herbs for this. According to AIIA, a human trial will be conducted at ESIC Hospital in Faridabad, Haryana to find out how effective Neem is in fighting Corona. Let us tell you that Nisarg is the first Indian Ayurveda company to work with AIIA.
AIIA Director Dr. Tanuja Nesari has been appointed as the principal tester of this research. Along with them, a team of 6 doctors has been formed under the supervision of Dr. Asim Sen, Dean of ESIC Hospital. This team will test 250 people and try to find out how effective the neem properties are in preventing infection of the corona virus.
Preparations for the first human trial have started from August 7. Trial will be done in two ways. Of the 250 people involved in the research, 125 will be given capsule of nature. While the remaining 125 will be given empty capsules. All people will be kept in the organization for 28 days. After this, it will be seen what changes have occurred in those who take Nisarg capsules compared to others.
Talking about this, Girish Soman, founder and CEO of Nisarg Biotech, said, ‘There may be many big companies doing clinical trials with Ayurveda formulas, but Nisarg with its fund in collaboration with India’s top Ayurveda institute Is the first manufacturer to conduct the test ‘. He further said that the All India Institute of Ayurveda is known for doing research on Ayurveda in a modern way. Our neem will prove to be an effective antiviral. We are seeking funding for future research to present it as standard medicine.
