Employees of organized sector get gratuity equal to fifteen days’ salary on every year’s job.

The trend to change jobs quickly increased

It has also been seen that companies remove employees before five years to save money on gratuity. Meanwhile, the number of contract employees and seasonal and gig workers has also increased. The government can bring a rule of three years to give gratuity to such people.

Seasonal workers can be given a gratuity equal to seven days’ salary in each season. At the same time, the formula for contract employees can be adopted every fifteen days. The government is engaged in making a detailed plan in this regard.

Scheme to give benefits to temporary employees

The government can restore pension and medical facilities for taxi employees working in taxi aggregator companies like Ola-Uber and food service companies like Jomato.
