Hemant Soren wrote in his tweet, “In view of the increasing case of corona infection in Jharkhand, the need for rhamdasevir medicine is being felt on a large scale. For emergency use, we approached pharma companies in Bangladesh to purchase around 50,000 vials. I have written to Union Minister DV Sadanand Gowda Ji, asking for permission to import this medicine as soon as possible. “

Pharmaceutical companies reduce the price of remadecivir injection on government intervention

Pharmaceutical companies Cadila Healthcare, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and Cipla have reduced the prices of their own brand of Remedesivir Injection (100 mg vial).

He has reduced the price from Rs 5,400 to Rs 2700. Similarly, Cipla’s drug cipremi has now become Rs 3,000. It used to be 4,000 earlier.
