A company has defended an algorithm created for accurate information about women’s orgasm after joking on social media.

Cyprus-based Relida Ltd has said that this computer programming can ‘confirm’ 86 percent of the total cases of women achieving their climax.

When the presentation slides related to it were shared on Twitter, she retweeted thousands of times.

The company said that through this, they wanted to help those who developed sex tech products and their work was linked to something else.

The presentation was shared on Twitter by Stu Nugent, the brand manager of a sex toy company named Lilo, to whom the company sent its presentation.

The slides related to this presentation were also seen by a news channel, which stated that ‘there is no reliable way to ensure that women get the orgasm’.

There are also such figures in this presentation that such a percentage of women only play the climax.

Company’s  Stand

Relida has said that her findings are only for research and her presentation was not for publication.

Initial research on algorithms was on changes in heart rate.

In an email sent to the A NEWS CHANNEL, the company said, “Orgasm can be identified on the basis of the heart rate because when it is about to happen there are some specific changes.”

It says that the algorithm is not finished yet and it has been made by one woman ‘for the good of other women’.

The company has said that they are not going to sell this computer programming directly to any woman or man.

“Actually it is a very sensitive subject and such information can put additional pressure on women.”

In this, Nugent’s tweet is also described as ‘immoral’.

‘Orgasm is not a measure of sex toy’

Nugent says that he withdrew it after getting the slides on LinkedIn.

He said, “Frankly, we already have a very robust and reliable system to determine how much pleasure our products can achieve. This is evident from the people who use them.”

“In any case, climax cannot be the only measure to gauge the pleasure of a sex toy.”

Meanwhile, the Relida Company says that their product is ‘based on science’.

However, Nugent says that it is solving a problem that we never had. He says, “The idea of finding out the organism of a person against his will is dangerous in itself.”
