Cruise drugs case: Aryan Khan not granted bail, special NDPS court in Mumbai rejects bail plea

Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan will have to remain in jail for the time being in the Mumbai cruise ship drug case. Aryan Khan’s bail plea has been rejected by the special NDPS court in Mumbai.

Aryan Khan’s bail plea has been rejected by the special NDPS court in Mumbai. Apart from Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha have also not got bail in the case. Aryan will have to stay in Arthur Road Jail for now after the bail is denied.


Earlier in this case, in the hearing held on October 14, the court had reserved its decision on Aryan Khan’s bail plea.Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3 in this drugs case and he is in custody for the last 17 days.

Last Wednesday, the Mumbai Sessions Court in the Cruise Rave Drugs Party case was also hearing the bail pleas of Shah Rukh Khan’s sons Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha. On behalf of NCB, Special Public Prosecutors AM Chimalkar and Advait Sethna made their submissions while Aryan’s side was presented by Senior Advocate Amit Desai and Satish Manshinde before the court. During this, ‘International Drugs’ on Aryan on behalf of Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh Allegations of ‘smuggling’ were made which Manashinde rejected.
