Gang rape of a minor girl returning after a feast at Madhubani’s Rehika, two accused arrested, two absconding
Sensational news has emerged from Madhubani district of Bihar. A minor was gang-raped in Rahika police station area of the district and made some photos and videos from mobile at the time of the rape, went viral on social media on June 30. The incident is reported to be on 24 June. Sadar SDPO Kamini Bala said that four accused have been made in the incident. Accused Sujit Mahato and Om Prakash Mahato involved in the incident have been arrested and sent to jail. Rahika Police Station is continuously raiding to arrest the other accused Santosh Kumar and Ranjan Kumar. Both will be caught soon.
This case of rape is of 24th June, where the victim was returning home after eating a mundan meal in her own village. Suddenly there was a power cut and the four accused already present in the street took advantage of the darkness and forced them to forcibly take them to the garden and they were all raped. The rapist made some photos and videos from the mobile at the time of raping the minor and suppressed the case by threatening to kill the family members of the minor when asked by someone regarding the incident. Fearing the photo viral, the girl did not reveal this to anyone.
Actually on June 30, this photo went viral on social media. After that, the villagers informed the parents of the victim and talked about the action against the accused, then the girl openly told all the things. An FIR was lodged against four people at Rahika police station on the girl’s statement. Then the police caught Om Prakash Mahato and Sujith Mahato with the help of the same villagers, which was later arrested and sent to judicial custody. The age of the four accused is being told between 20 and 21 years.
At the same time, a medical examination of the girl and the statements of 164 have been made in the court. At the same time, SP Dr. Satya Prakash said that a team has been instructed to arrest and take action under the leadership of Sadar SDPO to arrest the absconding accused.
According to the information received, when the girl was in pain after two days of the incident, she gave information about the incident, after which she was given pain relief medicine from the drugstore. The entire family of the victim was frightened after the incident. He feared that the video would go viral when she went to the police. But when this photo came in front of the villagers, the villagers caught the two boys and handed them over to the police on the basis of the photo. The villagers reached there and filed a case.
However, there is silence in the entire area after this incident. And there is anger among the villagers. All villagers are demanding police to punish such rapists as soon as possible. Both absconding accused have not been arrested till the news is written.
