In view of the corona infection, the state government has taken this decision after a meeting. A total of 6 lakh 92 thousand students are in class 12th in Gujarat, for whom this is news of relief. This decision of the state government has come to the fore after the central government announced the cancellation of CBSE’s class 12 board examinations.

CBSE canceled class 12 board exams

A day before, CISCE has decided to cancel the 12th class board examinations this year in view of the situation of Kovid. The decision to cancel CBSE examinations was taken during a high-level meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Prime Minister said that this decision has been taken in the interest of the students and it is necessary to put an end to the concerns of the students, parents and teachers. CISCE last week asked schools to provide the average of marks obtained by students in class 11 and class 12 during this session.

For the last 15 days, the campaign was going on on Twitter with the hashtag ‘Cancel Board Exams’. After the cancellation of the exam, people rejoiced on social media with ‘Board Exams Cancelled’.
