New registration of MSME Industries started, know what is the process
The Union Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) has started the new registration process from 1-7-2020.
The Union Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) has started the new registration process from today. According to the notification released on 26 June 2020, MSME industries are divided into different categories. Also, a new process of their registration has been started. Recently, the government has changed the definition of MSME industries. Registration of MSME industries is now being done under the new definition.
The process of registration of MSME Industries will be known as ‘Enterprise Registration’ ‘Enterprise Registration’. The registration of industries is being done on the portal www.udyamregistration.gov.in launched by the Ministry of MSME. This portal will also guide the industries step by step.
Keep these things in mind for registration
The registration process of MSME is completely online, paperless and based on self declaration. No documents have to be uploaded to register MSME.
Aadhaar number will be required for registration.
A registration number will be given after registration.
After the registration process is complete, an enterprise registration certificate will be issued.
This certificate will have a Dynamic QR Code, which will provide information about web pages and industry on our portal.
Registration will not have to be renewed.
Information related to PAN and GST on investment and turnover of industries will be automatically taken from the relevant government data bases.
The online system of the MSME ministry will be fully linked to the income tax and GSTIN system.
Those who have registration done by any authority under the Ministry of MSME will have to register again on this portal.
No enterprise should register more than one enterprise.
Government system will help people in this process through the single window system in the Champions Control Room and DIC.
The registration process is completely free. No fee will have to be paid for this.
