This incident has taken place in Zakir Hussain Hospital. Maharashtra Chief Minister’s Office has announced a grant of Rs 5-5 lakh to the next of kin of the victims. In addition, a high-level inquiry has been ordered regarding the Nashik incident.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his sorrow over this incident and termed it heartbreaking. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi termed the incident of oxygen leaks in Nashik as extremely tragic. Awaiting detailed report of the accident

Maharashtra’s FDA Minister Rajendra Shingne said that we are waiting for the detailed report. We have ordered an inquiry. Those who are guilty will not be left out. Regarding oxygen leakage, Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope said that due to leakage of tanker valve in Nashik, there has been a massive leakage of oxygen. This was definitely going to affect the hospital.
