If a train arrives at the station 10 minutes earlier, the private operator will pay a 10 km haulage charge as a penalty to the railways.

Officials say that all these rules are being implemented so that private operators take care of punctuality and operate trains on time. The draft states that if a train is late in arriving at a station due to Indian Railways, then in the same way, after taking out the percentage, the railways will give a charge of 50 km to the private operator at every percent as penalty.

Also, if the private operator cancels a train for any reason, it will pay one-fourth of the total freight charge to the railways and if the train has to be canceled due to any railway problem, the railways will also charge the total fare to the private operator. A quarter of it.

If a train is late due to any other reason, such as bad weather, animals coming in front, a person coming under the train, there is a law and order problem, there is a movement of public, there is heavy traffic at a crossing, If an accident, or a passenger stops the train, then no penalty will be imposed on him, nor on the private operator nor on the railway.
