Let us tell you that according to the railways, every private operator will have to pay Rs 512 per kilometer as transportation charge to use the railway infrastructure according to each train. If a train arrives at the station 10 minutes earlier, the private operator will pay a 10 km haulage charge as a penalty to the railways.

Officials say that all these rules are being implemented so that private operators take care of punctuality and operate trains on time. The draft states that if a train is late in arriving at a station due to Indian Railways, then in the same way, after taking out the percentage, the railways will give a charge of 50 km to the private operator at every percent as penalty.
