If you have any complaint about any policeman of any rank, send the message directly to the headquarters (DG Cell) with evidence. Action will be taken against the convicts or officers. For this, the police headquarters has also fixed a period of 10 days by issuing WhatsApp number.
It has been started in Sitamarhi district from Friday on the initiative of DGP Gupteshwar Pandey. The aim is to improve the image of the police. By next 31 May, people of any district will be able to register a complaint on WhatsApp number (9431602301) from 10 am to 5 pm. There will be collusion of police and criminals, bad treatment of people, disturbances for personal gain in research, nexus with liquor mafia and other cases.
The top police officer will investigate the veracity of every complaint. If this is required, we will also inspect the site. The name of the complainant or informer will not be revealed without their permission. The DGP said that this program will run in all the districts to make the police transparent.
