Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has commented on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s statement in the all-party meeting.

In the meeting held on Friday on the Indo-China border tension, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that there is no entry into the Indian border and neither has captured any post.

After this, on Saturday, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi tweeted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has handed over Indian land in front of the invasion of China.

Rahul tweeted, “If this land was from China, why was our soldiers killed first? Where are our soldiers killed?”

On Friday, in the backdrop of the recent developments on the India-China border, Prime Minister Narendra Modi called an all-party meeting in which leaders of different parties joined online.

According to the news agency PTI, in the all-party meeting, the Prime Minister said that no one has entered our area and has not occupied any post.

In this meeting, PM Modi said that India wants peace and friendship but it will not compromise its sovereignty.

According to the news agencies, in this meeting, Prime Minister Modi said, “So far, no one used to question whom no one would stop, now our soldiers are stopping them in many sectors, giving warnings.”

News agency ANI has reported citing sources that in this meeting, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said, “No intelligence has failed anywhere”.

Twenty soldiers, including India’s commanding officer, were killed in a violent clash between Indian and Chinese soldiers in the Galvan Valley region on the LAC on the night of 15–16 June.

Since the death of these soldiers, tension between the two countries has increased. Meanwhile, the opposition in India is asking questions to the government.

The opposition alleges that the government has not given full information about this violent clash to the country. Earlier, Rahul Gandhi had asked the government why soldiers were not allowed to carry weapons. In response to this, India’s Foreign Minister S Jaishankar said that the soldiers of India had weapons but they did not use them under the agreement with China.
