Pornography case: Relief to Raj Kundra, husband of actress Shilpa Shetty, court granted bail on surety of 50 thousand

A Mumbai court on Monday granted bail to actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra in a pornography case. Court granted bail to Raj Kundra on a surety of Rs 50,000. Raj Kundra is accused of making obscene content and releasing it on the OTT platform. After interrogation, Raj Kundra was arrested on July 19.

Kundra had on Saturday filed a bail application claiming that he was being made a “scapegoat” and there was no evidence in the supplementary charge sheet filed in the case. The Crime Branch, which is probing the case, had recently filed a supplementary charge sheet against Kundra and three others for allegedly making porn films and airing them with the help of certain apps.
