Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has left for Moscow on a three-day visit to Russia amid the ongoing border dispute between India and China. He will attend the meeting of Defense Ministers of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) during his visit.
Rajnath Singh tweeted, ‘I’m going to Moscow. I will participate in the joint meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and the Defense Ministers of CIS members during the visit to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the victory in World War II.
Rajnath Singh said, ‘I will also meet the Defense Minister of Russia to discuss bilateral cooperation and issues of mutual interest. India and Russia are privileged partners. I look forward to taking this partnership forward during my journey.
