Rajya Sabha elections: Jyotiraditya, Digvijay, Venugopal victorious

Elections were held on Friday for 18 seats of Rajya Sabha, most of which had results by evening.

In Rajasthan, Congress candidates KC Venugopal and Neeraj Dangi and BJP candidate Rajendra Gehlot have won the election.

Jyotiraditya Scindia and Sumer Singh Solanki from BJP and Digvijay Singh from Congress have managed to reach Rajya Sabha in Madhya Pradesh.

Jharkhand Mukti Morcha chief Shibu Soren and state BJP president Deepak Prakash have also won elections in Jharkhand.

In Andhra Pradesh, the ruling YSR Congress has won all four seats.
