French Open 2020: Victoria Azarenka, who won all the hearts due to her performance in the US Open, has become a victim of vicissitudes in the second round of the French Open.

The French Open is being organized amidst the havoc of the Corona virus. The current winner, Rafael Nadal of Spain, is seen in great rhythm at the French Open. Rafael Nadal has made it to the third round of the men’s singles category of the French Open Grand Slam tournament on Wednesday. Nadal has not faced any particular challenge in the first two rounds.

Nadal performed brilliantly in the second round match and did not give any chance to his opponent. Nadal defeated Mackenzie Macdonald of America 6–1, 6–0, 6–3 in straight sets. He will face Kei Nishikori of Japan in the next round.

However, Nadal has admitted that he may have to face difficulty in the third round. Nadal said, “My goal is to play the best. I am very happy and my next match is also very difficult.”

Switzerland’s Stan Wawrinka also made it to the third round. Wawrinka defeated Belgium’s De Koeppfer 6-3 6-2, 3-6, 6-1.

Austria’s Dominic Theme also managed to win the second round. He took J.K. of America. Defeated Sok 6–1, 6–3, 7–6 (8–6) in straight sets.

Azarenka Vicarious

US Open runner-up Victoria Azarenka of Belarus crashed out of the tournament in the second round. 10th seed Azarenka lost in the second round of the women’s singles in World No.161 and Slovakia’s Ana Carolina Schmielova in straight sets. Ana beat Azarenka 6–2, 6–2.
