Keshav Maharaj of South Africa has done wonders of taking a wicket on the very first ball of his career in T20 International. In the first T20 match against Sri Lanka, Keshav played his first international match as captain and managed to get a wicket on the very first ball while bowling for the first time.

Keshav Maharaj of South Africa has done wonders of taking a wicket on the very first ball of his career in T20 International. In the first T20 match against Sri Lanka, Keshav played his first international match as captain and managed to get a wicket on the very first ball while bowling for the first time. Keshav got his first wicket on the very first ball by dismissing Bhanuka Rajapakse lbw. Apart from doing this feat, Keshav also made a wonderful record in his name.

Let us inform that Keshav also captained in the first T-20 match against Sri Lanka and got a wicket on the first ball of his career. Keshav is only the second player in the history of T20 International, whose name has done wonders of getting a wicket on the very first ball as captain in T20 International debut. Earlier this feat was done by former Nepal captain Paras Khadka. Khadka was successful in getting a wicket on the very first ball of his career against Hong Kong.

Michael Kasprowicz

Australia’s Michael Kasprowicz was successful in taking a wicket on the very first ball of his career in the T20 International match against New Zealand in 2004/05. He achieved this position by dismissing New Zealand’s Stephen Fleming. Kasprowicz did an amazing job of taking a wicket in the first two balls of his T20I career.

Andre Nel

South African bowler Andre Nel has also done this feat in his T20 International career. Nell took the wicket of the first ball of his career against New Zealand in 2005. He made Kiwi team batsman Nathan Astle his victim.

Ajit Agarkar

India’s Ajit Agarkar has also been successful in achieving this position. Ajit took the wicket of the first ball of his career in 2006. He dismissed South African batsman Herschelle Gibbs.

Alfonso Thomas

South African bowler Alfonso Thomas was successful in dismissing Pakistan batsman Imran Nazir on the first ball of his career in T20 International against Pakistan in 2006.

Sean Tait

Australia’s fast bowler Shaun Tait has also been successful in doing this feat. Tait took the wicket of the first ball of his career against New Zealand in Perth in 2007/08.

Rory Kleinveldt

Brett Geeves of Australia took the wicket of the first ball of his career in T20 International against South Africa in 2008-09, making Herschelle Gibbs his victim.

Pragyan Ojha

Pragyan Ojha of India has taken the wicket of the first ball of his T20I career. He made this record against Bangladesh in 2009 by dismissing Shakib Al Hasan at the Trent Bridge ground.

Joe Denly

England bowler Joe Denly was successful in getting the wicket of the first ball of his career in T20 International against South Africa. He achieved this feat by dismissing Graeme Smith on the ground of Centurion.

Virat Kohli

India’s Virat Kohli bowled for the first time in T20 International against England and did wonders by dismissing Kevin Pietersen on the very first ball. However, the ball on which Pietersen got out was a wide ball. In the year 2011, Kohli did this unique feat in Manchester.

Nadeem Ahmed of Hong Kong has managed to get a wicket on the very first ball of his T20I career against Nepal.

Willie Gavera

Papua New Guinean bowler Willie Gavera was successful in getting the wicket of the first ball of his T20 International career against Ireland in 2015. Apart from taking a wicket on the first ball of his career, he also took a wicket on the third ball.
