The Bangladesh Lad  breaks Malinga’s record in T-20

Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan on Sunday became the highest wicket-taker in T20 International cricket. He surpassed Lasith Malinga’s 107 wickets during his T20 World Cup match against Scotland here.
Shakib is the greatest cricketer his country has ever produced. He surpassed Sri Lanka’s greatest number of T20 International wickets with figures of 2/17 in four overs.
Shakib now has 108 wickets in 89 T20 Internationals and is also the only cricketer to have scored 100 wickets and over 1000 runs in this format.
He equalized Malinga earlier that day, leaving behind Richie Berrington and went ahead with the wicket of Michael Leask.
New Zealand’s Tim Southee is at number three, who has 99 wickets to his name.
