Shoaib Akhtar Donated this Valuable Item in the War against Corona

Former Pakistan fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar has also joined the war against the Corona virus as he has donated his valuables in the war against the epidemic. The pacer has donated the helmet of Kolkata Knight Riders, which was signed by Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan. Akhtar was awarded the helmet after winning the Man of the Match during the inaugural season of the Indium Premier League (IPL).

Pakistan tennis player Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi tweeted, “Thank you Shoaib bhai who donated your precious helmet that you got in the IPL 15 years ago.”

In his IPL debut match against Delhi Daredevils, Shoaib Akhtar took four wickets. The right-arm pacer showed Delhi openers Gautam Gambhir and Virender Sehwag the way to the pavilion in their first two overs and then took the wickets of AB de Villiers and Manoj Tiwari in the next over. In that match, Delhi had to chase a target of 134 runs where the team was all out for 110 after playing only 17.5 overs. In that match, Akhtar took 4 wickets for 11 runs in 3 overs.

Akhtar’s IPL Career

This legendary Pakistani player was part of IPL 2008, this was an IPL season in which Pakistan players were seen playing. Akhtar had played three matches this season, taking 5 wickets out of which he took 4 wickets in a single match against Delhi Daredevils.
