Tata Motors will market its new SUV under the ‘Safari’ brand. The company said its codename is ‘Gravitas’. Gravitas was introduced by the company at the 2020 Auto Expo. “The company is reintroducing its flagship SUV, Safari,” said Shailesh Chandra, president of the company’s passenger vehicle.
When will people reach?
The company has not yet given information about when the booking of the new Tata Safari will officially begin. But it will be available in Tata Motors showrooms from January. In such a situation, it is expected that its booking will also start from January.

According to the company’s statement, the new Tata Safari has taken care of strong stance, unmatched performance, ease of driving, luxury interiors. This Safari is based on Omega Architecture (Omegark). Omegark is an architecture derived from the Land Rover’s D8 platform. This indicates that in the new Safari, customers can get the option of 4×4 i.e. all-wheel drive. The company has also revealed its possibilities of electrification in the future.
