Currently these groups will not be given vaccine

In many cases, the covid vaccine has to be postponed for 4-8 weeks after recovery. There will be two doses of the vaccine, which will be given at an interval of 28 days. The effectiveness of the vaccine will begin 14 days after receiving the second dose.

Vaccination certificate

After vaccination, the person who is vaccinated will receive a digital certificate (with QR code). • This will help remind him / her to take the second dose. Also, it will help the government to know who has received the dose. A final digital certificate will be generated after the second dose.

Vaccine storage

In order to store the vaccine, 4 primary vaccine stores have been created and 37 state vaccine stores in the country, namely, Government Medical Store Depot (GMSD) in Karnal, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata. States have been given the responsibility to send vaccines to primary health centers.
