Women employees sued Amazon, made many serious allegations

San Francisco. Some of its female employees have filed a lawsuit against Amazon, the world’s largest e-commerce company, alleging discrimination. The media reported that five of its female employees have filed separate discrimination and retaliatory lawsuits against Amazon. These employees have worked in an e-commerce company in corporate roles or in warehouse management.

Recode reported Wednesday that the women, recounting their early days in lawsuits filed in various US district courts, alleged that they were accused of internalizing complaints about race, gender, or sexual harassment or discrimination by white managers. Retribution was done for what he had experienced. Three of these women still work at Amazon, while two have left the company.

Vigdor LLP Partners, Lawrence M. Pearson and Jeanne M. Christensen, represented Charlotte Newmana Black Amazon manager, and said that Amazon women and employees have voiced complaints of harassment and discrimination. An Amazon spokesperson said the company is thoroughly investigating all these related matters. “We have not found any evidence to support the allegations,” the spokesperson was quoted as saying.
