When he heard this news, he welcomed it by saying Jai Shri Ram. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said that he was late but justice won.

Satya wins according to Satyamev Jayate: CM Yogi

In the Bawri demolition case, UP CM Yogi Adityanath welcomed the decision of the special CBI court and said that truth has been won according to Satyamev Jayate. He said that this decision makes it clear that for the vote bank politics of the then Congress government, the leaders of the country’s revered saints Bharatiya Janata Party, senior officials associated with the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and various organizations associated with the society, for the sake of vote bank politics. With the intention of defaming him, he was defamed by implicating them in false cases. Chief Minister Yogi said, apologize to the people of the country responsible for this conspiracy.

26 accused present in court:

Vinay Katiyar, Sakshi Maharaj, Sadhvi Ritambhara, Champat Rai, Ram Vilas Vendati, Satish Pradhan, Dharmadas, Pawan Pandey, Brij Bhushan Singh, Jayabhagwan Goyal, Omprakash Pandey, Ramchandra Khatri, Sudhir Kakkar, Amarnath Goyal, Santosh Dubey, Lallu Singh, Kamlesh Tripathi, Vijay Bahadur Singh, Acharya Dharmendra, Prakash Sharma, Jaibhan Powaiya, Dharmendra Singh, RN Srivastava, Vinay Kumar, Naveen Shukla and Gandhi Yadav were present.

CBI told Babri demolition a planned conspiracy

The disputed Babri structure was demolished in Ayodhya on 6 December 1992. In Babri Demolition Case, 49 accused including Advani, Murali Manohar Joshi, Bala Saheb Thackeray, Ram Vilas Vedanti and Uma Bharti were made, out of which only 32 accused were still alive.

CBI started investigation from 1993

The investigation of the Babri demolition case was handed over to the CBI on 27 August 1993. This matter kept hanging for 26 years. But on April 19, 2017, the Supreme Court had ordered the hearing of the matter to be heard, and said that till the time the matter goes, the judge of the case cannot be transferred.
