Corona virus infection is spreading much more than other infections. This virus has engulfed most of the countries of the world and millions of people are currently spending their lives in isolation. Many countries of the world have declared lockdown.

The lockdown of the first 21 days was declared in India and after its end, the lockdown of 19 days was carried forward. The main reason for declaring a lockdown is not to increase the number of corona virus infections and bring the situation under control. But despite this, there are many small things that can cause the risk of corona virus.

Let us know about the things where corona virus can be hidden

Must Clean the Doormat

The corona virus can be spread by a doormat or carpet at the door in the house. Meaning, if you are coming from outside, corona virus infection can enter the house through your sandal or shoes. That is why it is important to wash the door mate or carpet daily. For this, you must keep two doormats or carpets in the house, so that if you wash one, you can spread the other. Also, keep in mind that while cleaning things outside the house, wear masks and gloves and wash hands thoroughly with soap later.

Do Shampoo in Hair

If you have gone out to bring some things, then corona virus can stay in your clothes, shoes, hair etc. even if you pass around an infected person. The virus survives on these surfaces for about three hours. After coming from outside, definitely take a bath and do shampoo in hair too. Also, keep the bed sheet and pillow cover clean on the bed you sleep on. Do not use the bed and pillow to rest directly after coming from outside. Use the beds only after getting clean and after taking bath.

According to Dr. Medhavi Agarwal, a good cleanliness of the body is necessary to avoid any kind of disease.

Transmission through Mobile or Remote

Corona virus can easily get stuck on mobile or remote because many family members touch them without washing hands. Due to the involvement of many people, there is a high risk of virus growing on them. If you have gone out and come in contact with an infected person, the chances are that the corona virus infection has spread on your hands and when you use your mobile or remote, the virus may remain on its surface, which can later infect a family member. So, keep sanitizing mobile, remote etc.

Infection on Clothes

The first thing to be noted is that there is no permission to roam freely on road during the lockdown. But if there is a compulsion to go out for some very important work, then also be cautious about your clothes. The corona virus also survives on clothes for some time, so when coming back home, put those clothes in an instant soap solution to clean and take a bath.

Sanitize doorbell, door handle, lift button

There are many such places in the house or apartments, which are used by many family members/flat owners. Apart from remote and mobile, there are so many small things that no one pays attention to. For example doorbells, door handles, lift buttons, etc. are such places which are used by many people. So, these places must be cleaned with sanitizer.

According to Dr. Ajay Mohan of AIIMS, if the infection spreads, then even the people with high immunity power will not be able to prevent the disease. Therefore it is necessary to take these precautions.
