After the advice of medical experts, now the Supreme Court has given indications to start physical hearing in 2-3 court rooms. That is, virtual hearing will be reduced gradually through video conference. This will help normalize the situation.

The committee of Supreme Court judges has assured to start physical hearing by continuing virtual hearing. So that it can be phased out in a phased manner. After a meeting with all the officials of the Supreme Court Judge, Supreme Court Bar Association and Bar Council of India, the Committee of Judges assured that two to three courts can be opened for physical hearing from next week. The virtual hearing will continue together.

Justice Dhananjay Y Chandrachud

During the virtual hearing, Justice Dhananjay Y Chandrachud of the Supreme Court also narrated his experiences. Justice DY Chandrachud, while listening through video conferencing, also orders those who give orders on their own laptops.

While doing the same, Justice DY Chandrachud said that instead of giving orders to the court master, he himself writes the order on the laptop, because it is easier, simpler and easier than giving a dictation. Typing your own command on a laptop is great, as this command becomes very accurate.
