According to the release issued by the state government, the Chief Minister has directed to provide smartphones to all the Anganwadi workers of the state on Tuesday. Every data related to women and child schemes will now be in the hands of Anganwadi workers.

The Yogi government in Uttar Pradesh will soon equip the Anganwadi workers with smartphones for their welfare, for their convenience. Anganwadi workers working in the field of facilitating the issues related to health and nutrition of women, children to work properly. To inform the people about the schemes of the government in detail, to make them aware. For this, they will be given a smartphone by the state government. Obviously, Anganwadi workers have contributed a lot in this Corona period. Because of them, the cases of corona in the state have been controlled to a great extent.

It is because of the Anganwadi women workers that people are taking the vaccine after being aware of the corona vaccination. According to the release issued by the state government, the Chief Minister has directed to provide smartphones to all the Anganwadi workers of the state on Tuesday. Every data related to women and child schemes will now be in the hands of Anganwadi workers. There are 1.89 lakh Anganwadi centers in the state, in which about four lakh workers are active. In a high-level meeting, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has instructed officials to provide smartphones to Anganwadi workers at the earliest. The state government will also train Anganwadi workers on how to make better use of smartphones. For this, the government led by CM Yogi has prepared a plan for training of workers. Every Anganwadi worker will be given training in the use of smartphones. According to a government spokesperson, this effort will facilitate the work of Anganwadi workers and bring maximum transparency in the implementation of the schemes. After being equipped with smartphones, various schemes including nutrition and child welfare in rural areas will be implemented in a more effective manner. The Chief Minister has also launched “Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana” for children whose parents have died due to covid, as well as for children who are suffering from non-Covid diseases. The smartphone initiative will also help in the implementation of this and other such schemes in a seamless and transparent manner.
