The country will host a series for the first time since the outbreak of covid-19. A four-match Test series and then a five-match T20 series and then a three-match ODI series will be played in the nearly two-month tour of England. It will be from 5 February to 28 March 2021.
The first four-Test series will be played. The tour starts in Chennai from 5 February and ends in Pune on 28 March, where the third ODI will be played. These series will be played in Chennai, Ahmedabad and Pune.
Five T20 matches will be played in Ahmedabad
Chennai will host the first two Tests while the third and fourth Tests will be held in Ahmedabad. All five T20 matches will also be played in Ahmedabad. After this, teams will go to Pune to play one series. The newly constructed stadium in Motera, Ahmedabad will be played in 7 of the 12 matches.
