In this country with a population of about 21 crore, more than 6 lakh 91 thousand people have been infected, while at least 36,455 people have died. The Brazilian government is accusing that the right steps were not taken to prevent infection.

The Brazilian Ministry of Health says that now the total number of Corona positive in the country will not be revealed. In just 24 hours, the data of the case and death will be told.
President Jer Bolsonaro has also said that the sum of the total figures does not show the current picture of the country. Bolsonaro is also being criticized because he did not follow the rules recommended by the WHO and imposed restrictions in the country.

Till Saturday, the number of patients infected with corona was published in the state and municipality on the Brazilian government website. On 7 June, giving the latest information, the Health Ministry said that in the last 24 hours, more than 27 thousand cases of corona were reported and 904 people died. The government claimed that more than 10 thousand people were recovered in 24 hours.
Just before the removal of the total data from the government website, more than a thousand people were dying in Corona daily for 4 consecutive days. Health experts say that cases in Brazil may increase in the coming days as the country is far from peak.
Bolsonaro initially called Corona a minor flu. Later, two Brazilian health ministers left their posts due to disagreement with Bolsonaro. Bolsonaro is still demanding the removal of lockdown in the country, while the local administration has implemented lockdowns at different places.
