What type of essential oil to use?

Essential oils like lavender, rosemary, peppermint, lemongrass, chamomile, thyme, etc. are healthy for hair. But you cannot apply them directly on the hair. They need to be diluted by putting them in coconut oil or olive oil. Applying too much essential oil can make you feel dizzy or a headache. There is no need to keep essential oils on the hair for a long time. Actually, there is no need to keep any oil on the scalp for more than 20 minutes to 4 hours. By the way, along with carrier oil, you can also use essential oil in your shampoo or conditioner. For instant use, take out the conditioner in a bowl, add a few drops of essential oil to it and apply on washed hair.

If you want to increase both hair growth and texture, then use rosemary oil. And at the same time, use lavender oils to reduce infections and increase hair growth. Lemongrass oil can help you get rid of dry and scaly scalp.
