Unconstitutional statement made by the Chief Minister at Gyan Vapi to influence the court’s decision and create communal divide!

August 2, 2023: Congress Party’s AICC member and Bihar Pradesh Kisan Congress Vice President Pankaj Jha said that–

Due to failure on every front and the ground slipping under its feet, the BJP is so enraged that it is ‘openly giving air to the politics of hatred, rancor and division for the sake of votes’.

 

Neither she believes in the constitution nor cares about the court.

 

There is a competition in the top leadership of BJP to make one extreme statement after another. The unity and brotherhood of the country is at stake due to his activities, but he is not bothered about it.

 

Reacting to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mr. Adityanath’s statement regarding Gyanvapi yesterday, Pankaj Jha said that despite the matter being sub-judice in the court, Mr. Yogi sitting on a constitutional post made such a statement which is being condemned not only in the country but even abroad. !

 

Is this not an attempt to influence the decision of the court?

 

Is this not an attempt to intimidate the minorities?

 

Is this not the result of the competition in the BJP to project one more radical than the other?

He alleged that in order to create a toxic environment for partition, the double engine government got its people to file a court case in the name of getting tribal land to the Meteyi people in Manipur.

 

Similarly, the people who went to court in Gyanvapi or Mathura are none other than the government’s own people.

 

Will anyone tell about these people who go to the court in the name of Hindus, when did the Hindu society elect them as their representatives?

 

When they were not elected, then how did they become the Hindu side?

 

Pankaj Jha said that today the BJP has spread so much communal inflammable material in the country that wherever a match stick falls, a fire starts.

 

Manipur is still burning, Kashmir is not able to handle them. What happened yesterday in Nuh, Haryana, is also the result of the communal poison spread by the BJP.

It is the result of the poison spread by them that the jawan who killed 4 people in the Jaipur Bombay train said that-

“These people operate from Pakistan, so kill them. If you want to stay in India, then only Modi Yogi has to be called.”

 

Obviously, such poison has been planted in the minds of many people, including the security forces.

 

The public has to understand how dangerous this environment is for the country.

 

He said that while boasting about clean elections in UP, Yogiji forgot that what kind of orgy BJP and its government had performed in the election of district panchayat president and block chief, and a woman candidate for the post of SP was openly ripped apart!

 

Accusing the opposition of corruption, they forgot that all the corrupt present in politics today have entered the BJP.

 

Yogiji, who threatened to free Gyanvapi from Muslim society, may not have forgotten that-

The Gorakshpeeth of which he is the presiding deity, was once dominated by the backward castes and today the caste which is in its possession is not hidden from anyone!

 

Yogiji, sitting on a constitutional post, must be aware that according to the law passed by the Parliament in 1991, the status of any religious place should remain the same as it was on August 15, 1950.

 

Then such statements only mean that the BJP and its top leaders care about the constitution and the court only to the extent that their interests are proved by them.

In the rest of the cases, they show evasion.

 

The Supreme Court should take cognizance of this.
