Google Chrome brings QR Code Sharing feature for Android and desktop, how to enable it

Google Chrome was working on the QR Code Sharing feature for the browser for a long time, but now this feature is coming in the Chrome 84 (Chrome 84) version. Android Police has seen this feature. This feature will be available in both desktop and Android versions of Chrome.

On android phone

To use this feature, the user must manually enable the Chrome flags first. But it will be different for desktop and Android. First of all talk about Android, then the flags given below will have to be enabled here.

Once you enable this feature, then Chrome will have to relaunch. After this you tap on Share A page, then you will have to click on the QR Code for sharing here, which you will have to scan. By the way, QR codes can also be downloaded. After downloading, it can also be sent via Slack or email.

on the desktop

To use this feature on the desktop, a single flag has to be enabled.

After right clicking on the page you want to share here, you will need to select the Create QR Code for this page. After this, the QR code will be displayed. According to Android Police, the QR code is finally displayed on the right side in the URL bar. However, this option will be visible only when you click in the address bar. In the coming days, this feature is also expected to come for IOAS.
