In view of the COVID-19 epidemic, Royal Enfield has launched a ‘Service on Wheels Program’ to give its customers a safe and luxurious experience. Under this, customers will now be able to get the bullet serviced at home.
The country’s largest motorcycle company ‘Royal Enfield’ has started the service of bike servicing at home for its customers. This service has been started in view of the troubles of those customers, who are unable to go to workshop due to the increasing cases of Corona. The company has named it ‘Service on Wheels Program’. After the COVID-19 epidemic, many four wheelers and two wheelers manufacturers have already taken such initiatives.
As part of the ‘Service on Wheels Program’, the company has hired 800 specially designed motorcycles at its various dealerships to give the customers an excellent expanse of bike servicing at their home. Recently the company also started contactless online bikes booking service.
In this program, a mobile service team will go to the customers’ house and service the bike. Which will also include an auto expert. This team will have the tool kit as well as all the original spare parts that are needed for servicing. Overall, say that this team will do all kinds of servicing up to 90 percent.

Royal Enfield said that under the Service on Wheels program, servicing trends and authorized service technicians will do. We provide quality service to the customers and they should be careless about it. The company further said that the warranty of the lubes and parts used in servicing will be for 12 months. Customers can book for service on wheels from the nearest Royal Enfield dealership and take advantage of the quality service at home.
Royal Enfield has operational around 850 stores across the country
Royal Enfield has reopened 850 of its stores across the country for sales and servicing. Apart from these, 425 studio stores have also started again. However, the areas most affected by Corona are still not fully functional. According to the company, only partial stores are being opened in these areas. The company has also started its manufacturing in different phases.
