Illiterate ladies welcome

Degree, security and all kinds of certificates are sought for jobs, in such a situation we have decided that even educated women can work with us. We only care about women’s work. We don’t care whether they have a degree or not.
Self training
Bhupinder Kaur herself gives training to the women working in the petrol pump. After giving training in 3-4 days, they are given the prescribed work. Some sit at the cash counter, some work to fill petrol.
Muslim women come more
Bhupinder Kaur tells that Muslim women come to her petrol pump to do more work. We enjoy seeing this. Financially she is strengthening herself. With her own money, she educates her children.
