Food Desk: During Ganesh Chaturthi, the price of sweets increases a lot and there is no guarantee of purity. In such a situation, you can make delicious sweet without mawa at a low price, with a royal piece made of bread. It is very easy to make and ready at low cost, so let us tell you the quick recipe of making Bread Shahi Tukde. To make it you need-

5 bread slices

1/2 ml water

2 ground cardamom

3 cups milk

1 handful cashew nuts

1 handful pistachios

1 handful almonds

1/2 cup ghee

1/2 cup sugar

6-8 saffron strands

prepare syrup

To make Shahi Tukda, first prepare the syrup. For this take a pan and heat water with sugar, after the sugar dissolves add saffron strands. Let it boil till two string syrup is ready. When the syrup becomes slightly thick, turn off the gas and keep it aside.

How to make rabdi?

Take another pan and cook milk in it till it reduces to 1/4th part. Remember to keep stirring the milk continuously, otherwise it may burn. When the milk becomes thick, add cardamom powder and remove the pan from the flame. Your rabri is ready. (You can also use condensed milk if you are in a hurry.)

Lightly fry the bread slices

Now, take bread slices and cut off their edges and cut it into two triangles. Then heat ghee in a pan and fry the bread till it becomes crispy and golden brown from both the sides. After frying the bread slices, soak it in the syrup for about a minute.

Bread shahi piece is ready

After completing all the three steps, pour rabri over the bread slices in a serving dish and garnish with chopped dry fruits. Bread shahi piece is ready.
