Rashtriya Suraksha Jagran Manch (RSJM) is happy to invite you in the 4th Himalaya Hind Mahasagar Rashtra Samuh International Conference on Bharat, Girmitiya and Africa: Historical, Cultural and Strategic Cooperation, scheduled on March 5-6, 2024, at Umang Bhawan, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. The conference aims to foster discussions and collaborations among participating countries on the historical, cultural, and strategic ties between India, the Girmitiya diaspora, and Africa.
Dr Indresh Kumar, National Executive Member of RSS and Margdarsbak of RSJM, will be the Keynote Speaker and Chief Patron of the event. Guest of Honour will be the Ambassador Mookhesswur Choonee (Mauritius)- Distinguished Ambassador/High Commissioner, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to India, accreditations to Singapore, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Oman, Bangladesh, and Nepal. Currently presiding as the President of GOPIO International, the Founder of the International Indenture Girmitiyas Foundation, and International Coordinator of GOPIO International (Mauritius Registered). Served as an elected Member of Parliament and Minister for a distinguished 14-year tenure, including 9 years as the Minister of Arts and Culture. Apart from these, more than 13 countries dignitaries have already given their consent to participate in the conference.
