Meta is rolling out a new Accounts Center that will make it easier for customers to update their preferences across multiple accounts, such as Instagram, Facebook, and Messenger, from one integrated location. The Web will be helpful for individuals in this case who utilize more than one of LinkedIn’s applications, wrote Meta Marx in a blog post.

Personal Details, Passwords, and Security, and Ad Preferences will be stored in a centralized location, which will make it simpler for people using numerous apps to access and manage these settings.

For instance, users can now easily make their preferred ad category preferences consistent for Facebook and Instagram account by adding those accounts to the same Accounts Center. However, users who choose to keep separate Accounts Centers can as well, as adding more than one account to the same Account Center is optional.

The company also is making improvements to some of the ad controls settings in this area. “We have a better understanding of what people aspire to, and we want to give them more choices in the way they interact with advertisements,” the company pointed out.

These adjustments will go into effect today and will gradually be rolled out to everyone on Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram in the coming months.
